剧情其实蛮普通的，基本就是主角跟着一个“死亡记录”一步步看到其他人（包括自己）会怎么死。大多都是各种意外造成的死亡，有些是一下子就死了、很快很吓人，有些则是慢慢来，像在折磨你一样，总之死得都挺惨的。
整部电影比较偏向“意外惊悚”，不是那种闹鬼、灵异路线，更多的是让人感觉“哇，原来平常的东西也能这么致命”。看完会有种“是不是在提醒我们要更小心，不要做太危险的事？”的感觉，也可能是想让大家增加点对“死亡风险”的认知吧😂
结局嘛……挺惨的，全灭收场，没有一丝转机。

The plot is honestly pretty basic — it’s mostly about the main character following some kind of “death list” that predicts how people (including themselves) will die. Most of the deaths are caused by freak accidents. Some are fast and super intense, others are slow and feel more like torture. Either way, the deaths are brutal.
It’s definitely more of a thriller than a supernatural horror. There aren’t ghosts or monsters — just really unlucky, unexpected accidents. It kind of makes you think, “Damn, accidents really can happen anytime.” Maybe the movie is trying to remind us to be more cautious? Like, don’t mess with dangerous stuff and pay more attention to potential risks? 😂
As for the ending… yeah, not a happy one. Everyone dies. Total wipeout.

这一部主要讲的是几个女主角在出狱后，怎么面对现实社会的冷漠和残酷。她们都是前女囚，来自不同的背景，大多数是迫于无奈才走上犯罪这条路。出狱后原本想重新开始，好好做人，但一出来就不断被现实打压，几乎走投无路。
剧情蛮沉重的，很多情节都挺让人揪心。虽然不是那种特别跌宕起伏的节奏，但气氛还是有张力的，能让人投入进去。就是完全没有笑点，整部戏是偏压抑的。不过结局还算不错，有一点点希望的感觉。

This film mainly focuses on how several women, after being released from prison, struggle to survive in a harsh and unforgiving society. All of them come from different backgrounds and didn’t end up in jail without reason — most were pushed to the edge by tough circumstances. After getting out, they genuinely try to turn their lives around, but reality keeps shutting them down, leaving them with nowhere to go.
The story is pretty heavy and emotionally gripping at times. It’s not super intense or full of twists, but there’s still a certain tension that keeps you engaged. There’s no humor at all — it’s definitely on the darker, more serious side. But the ending isn’t bad — there’s a faint sense of hope, which gives the film a bit of emotional payoff.
